10 months... then she took one 3-hour nap.

i hear 6 months is around the time babies transition to one nap a day. but mine slept a lot.

she still does, actually...

9 or 10 months I think. They would kinda go back and forth, some days 1 some days 2, but if it was 2 they were short. If it was 1 it was much longer so I could accomplish more... so I influenced it a little once I figured it out.

Gavin took two naps until he was like 18 or 20 months old. I really tried to make him take one but he couldn't handle it, and the one nap was as short as if he'd had two. but it's more normal much earlier. Paige started taking only one nap at about 10 months.

My son was just over a year, my daughter about 9 months. Having 2 kids napping on opposite schedules nearly killed me (she'd nap from 10-11, him from 12-3, her again from 3-4:30)! I couldn't get out of the house. For that reason I kinda pushed her into the one nap at a younger age. It worked out well for me. Now that she's 2 and he's almost 4, she's still on the 12-3 nap, and he has quiet time, but doesn't sleep. Good luck!

Jae would skip one of his two naps here and there. It just depended on the day. Sometimes he needed the rest, sometimes he didn't. When he didn't, he wasn't super cranky, which was nice! Just meant an earlier bedtime!

Addie stopped around 1. Sometimes they get off their schedule a little bit put then go back to the two naps.
